  4. Our website: The website operated by the Company whose domain is "japanfood.travel" (if the domain or content of our website is changed for any reason, this includes the website after the change)
  5. Registered User: a individual or corporation who has been registered as a user of this service based on Article 4 (Registration)
  6. This service: A service provided by the Company called japan food travel (if the name or content of this service is changed for any reason, this includes this service after the change).
  7. WhatsApp Account: a account related to the communication application "WhatsApp" provided by WhatsApp, LLC

Article 3 (Contents of this Service)

This service makes reservations at the restaurants of the Registered User’s choice on behalf of them within the communication application “WhatsApp” provided by WhatsApp, LCC.

Article 4 (Registration)

  1. Persons who wish to use this service can apply for registration to use this service by agreeing to comply with these Terms and by providing certain information (hereinafter referred to as “Registration Matters”) to the Company in a manner determined by the Company. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to require persons who wish to use this service to pay a fee for such registration, as separately established by the Company.
  2. We will determine whether or not to approve the registration by a person who wish to use this service and has applied for registration based on the preceding paragraph (hereinafter referred to as the “Registration Applicant”) in accordance with our standards, and if we approve the registration, we will notify the Registration Applicant accordingly. The Registration Applicant’s registration as a Registered User will be completed upon the Company’s notification stated in this section.
