This cancellation policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy") is an integral part of the terms of use of "japanfoodtravel” (hereinafter referred to as "this service"), and when using this service, please read the entire ext of this policy and you must agree to it. The terms used in this policy have the same meaning as defined in the terms of use of this service, unless otherwise specified in this policy.

1. How to Cancel

   Registered Users may cancel their restaurant reservations by contacting us via their WhatsApp account on this service.

   If you wish to cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours before the reservation date and time.

   Also, please refrain from canceling on the day of your reservation. If you cancel on the day of your reservation, you may be suspended from using this service from then on.

   If you have no choice but to cancel on the day of your reservation, please contact us at least one hour before your reservation time. If you do not cancel and do not use the restaurant, your future use of this service may be suspended from then on.

2. If you are late on the day of your reservation, or likely to be late

   Depending on the restaurant, if you are late for your reservation, it may be considered a cancellation at the restaurant's discretion. If you will be late for your reservation, or likely to be late, please contact us via your WhatsApp account on this Service.

3. Cancellation Fee

   When canceling a restaurant reservation, cancellation fees determined by each restaurant may be charged. If there is a cancellation fee set by the restaurant, we will contact you regarding the conditions and amount after the restaurant reservation is completed.

   In addition, even if the restaurant where you made the reservation does not have a set cancellation fee, if the following conditions apply, the cancellation fee specified by our company as follows will be incurred.

   • Cancellation due to unauthorized cancellation or lateness: 100% of reservation price (course fee, etc.)
   • Cancellation on the day of reservation or up to 1 business day before: 100% of reservation price
   • Cancellation up to 3 business days before the reservation date: 50% of the reservation price

4. Payment of Cancellation Fee

   If a cancellation fee is incurred, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee and an administrative fee of 1,000 JPY by credit card. If you have to pay a cancellation fee, we will contact you via WhatsApp. Please note that when you are required to pay a cancellation fee, your credit card information which you used to pay for this service may be used.
