  1. Restaurant Reservation

    As a general rule, this service is only available for reservations to be used within 3 months.

    In addition, when making restaurant reservations using this service, we ask that you fill out the reservation form specified by our company according to your wishes, so we ask for your cooperation.

  2. Changing your reservations

    If you wish to change the date and time or the number of people at the restaurant you have booked, please contact us at least 48 hours before the reservation date and time.

    Please note that reservation changes can only be made once, and for subsequent changes, you will need to apply for a new reservation. In this case, please note that cancellation fees may apply and you will be required to pay the usage fee for this service again.

    In addition, in some cases, we may ask you to cancel your restaurant reservation and apply for a new reservation. Please note that in this case, cancellation fees may apply and you may be required to pay the usage fee for this service again.

  3. Usage Fee for this Service

    After completing the restaurant reservation, you will be required to pay the usage fee for this service. For usage fees for each service, please see here (Service Fee).

    Regarding payment procedures, we will contact you via WhatsApp, so please make payment at least 48 hours before the reservation date and time. If the reservation is completed within 48 hours of the reservation date and time, please pay the usage fee by the reservation date and time.

    If the usage fee is not paid by the reservation date and time, future use of this service may be suspended.

  4. Refund of Usage Fee

    Please note that as a general rule, we do not offer refunds for the usage fees you have paid for this service. If the reservation is canceled due to circumstances on the restaurant's side, the usage fee will be refunded.
